Tina

Tina

Tina’s yoga journey began over 20 years ago when she took a local yoga class to help relieve stress. From the very first class, she knew it was the beginning of a wonderful lifelong journey. As yoga became an integral part of bringing mindfulness and peace to her life, she wanted to share this joy by teaching. She completed her 200hr RYT at the Lotus Pond and her 300hr RYT at Discovery Yoga.  She continues to study and is trained in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Let Your Yoga Dance, and meditation. Her intention as a teacher is to create a space where students can connect with their inner teacher. Her classes incorporate alignment, flow, breathwork, humor and a bit of yoga philosophy.
