Yoga is about your breath.  If you are breathing and in the moment, unwinding and bringing change into your life, you are practicing yoga, whether your are moving or in stillness.  Flexibility begins from within.  Our movements expand from our inner self as an expression of the beautiful beings we are.

Our Yoga classes are based on Vinyasa or Flow yoga, also known as breath-synchronized movement. The Sanskrit roots Nyasa means "to place" and vi means "in a special way." Learn how to control the breath while moving through space and how breath initiates movement. Flows/ Vinyasas link postures, balancing the body and clearing energy channels bringing the body back to balance to fully experience the energetic effects of the practice, inhalations are linked to moves expanding the front of the body, creating lightness. Exhalations are linked to movements that engage the abdomen and stabilize us. The breath used in Flow/Vinyasa, ujjayi pranayama or whisper breath, creates a vibration across the soft palate of the mouth, warming the breath as it enters the body.

*At Flow you are invited to flow with the breath in continuous movement in and out of your postures like the waves of the ocean. or linger to savor the moment, connecting to your breath, focus, being present, exploring your true potential. The variation in the classes is derived from altering the asana, i.e. going deeper into the pose or choosing poses with greater dynamic tension, as well as altering the rate at which we flow through the asana. While everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace and to modify the asana to meet their current physical needs/abilities, the more advanced classes are intended to provide those who have been practicing yoga for some time an additional challenge. Listen to your body, examine, breathe. Each practice is unique, yours alone.*

Flow Yoga Basics and Easy Flow

Whether you are just beginning your yoga practice or looking to deepen your practice, thess classes focus on the basic principles of yoga. By focusing on the basic mechanics of the various asana and coupling that with conscious breathing, you will build a strong foundation to help you further your yoga practice. Beginners to All Levels

Gentle Flow

Beginning your practice or wanting to deepen your practice, and those who have been away for awhile. Gentle movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation to help disconnect from the stressors of life. Relaxing, regenerative, meditative, and supportive held poses leave you feeling nourished and well rested. All levels welcome.

Flow Yoga

A multi-level strength based practice beginning with an easy warm up, sun salutations, and a series of poses including balances and inversions, designed to work the body to the core, helping to loosen the joints, and get the blood flowing. There will always be modifications, so you can work at the level best suited for you a joyful stimulating experience. Good for Most Levels

Yoga Strength

To build strength, conditioning and flexibility. Body weight and resistance (weights/bands) exercises and total body movements in a yoga format. Weather permitting classes may go outdoors so availability of appropriate shoes is recommended.

Aerial Yoga

Anti-gravity asana.  An aerial yoga hammock-suspended from the ceiling  supports your weight, releases pressure, creates space in your joints, helps you find more mobility, decrease compression in your spine,  and heal. 
one is welcome regardless of your yoga or aerial experience.  Come to experience how you can breath, flow and fly.  Come to soar, extend and expand.   

Heated Flow

90 degree room increasing the metabolism, flexibility and mental clarity. Integrates a deep connected breath with a strong, flowing movement. Detoxifies the body, aids the body’s natural ability to release and regenerate, reconnecting us with our spirit. Good for Most Levels Not for pregnancy, heat sensitve and certain medical conditions. Assure hydration prior to class.

Detox Flow

Improves the metabolism and clears away toxins in the gut. Focuses on the breath, energy cultivation, core strengthening, hip opening and twists. Be prepared to sweat, assure hydration, it is recommended that you do not eat within 2 hrs of the class. Good for Most

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a technology of awareness, giving you the tools, the technology and the personal discipline to awaken your awareness and take you to your original Self. Kundalini Yoga develops the neutral mind and its capacity for intelligence, endurance, and integrity. It teaches you how to gain a strong immune system, vital glands, a strong nervous system, good circulation, and an awareness of the impact of your habits. Each class consists of a kriya (aset of postures, breath and sound that together allow the manifestation of a particular state), a deep relaxation (allows your body to rejuvenate and to distribute the energy produced by the exercises) and a meditation (develops the neutral mind, promotes a sense of well being, inner peace and calm).


Strengthen, stretch, and tone your body by conditioning the core muscles in the abdomen and back through targeted exercises and focused breathing. Experience improved posture and balance, increased lung capacity, and enhanced coordination.

The strengthening of muscles through Pilates will help increase your metabolism and aid in your weight-loss efforts. For these reasons, and because it's easy on the joints, Pilates can be practiced by first-time exercisers and more seasoned athletes. Pilates personal training is by appointment as personal training, or small group.


30 mins Pilates for Core Stabilization followed by 30 minutes Yoga for Flexibility and Balance.  Combined creates a strong foundation for a healty body, spine & spirit. 

Pre/Post Natal Yoga

For Expecting and Brand-New Mommies

Whether you're eagerly expecting your little one, or have recently welcomed him/her into the world, your body is going through a lot of changes. Yoga can help you prepare mentally and physically for the marathon of labor, or get you back into shape after the metamorphosis that is pregnancy.

If you have a yoga practice prior to your pregnancy, let us help you with modifications during this period of transformation so you can continue with your practice in regular classes.

If you are new to yoga, join us for prenatal personal training, we can give you the tools to practice safely in our regular classes appropriate for you.
